EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT AND CMS APPROVAL
 
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, I have been informed about the purpose for which my personal data will be processed by İBT ENERJİ SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK İTHALALAT İHRACAT SAN. ve TİC.LTD. ŞTİ. (“İBT SOLAR”), to whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data and my other rights listed in Article 11 of the Law.
 
I hereby accept, declare and confirm that I explicitly consent to the processing of my personal data, name, surname, e-mail, mobile phone, address (city information) and Transaction Security Data (IP address, Device IMEI Number, Device MAC Address, Traffic (connection time / duration, Communication Amount and similar), provided that it is limited to the purposes and scope, method and legal reasons specified in the “KVKK Clarification Text” processed in the Communication and information request forms I have reviewed and read, in the identity and communication category such as cookie information) by İBT SOLAR as the data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, to the transfer of my personal data to third parties (direct and indirect shareholders) in order for İBT SOLAR to fulfill its legal obligations and to carry out studies to ensure that customers benefit from the products and services offered by İBT SOLAR in the best way possible, domestic and foreign affiliates and subsidiaries, İBT SOLAR employees, third parties to whom support services are provided or services are received by İBT SOLAR, business partners, performance assistants, consulting firms, group companies, suppliers, private institutions and organizations and public institutions and organizations) and to the competent authorities, to be able to promote products and services to me by İBT SOLAR and those to whom my personal data are transferred in accordance with the legislation, to inform me about campaigns and promotions, to send me notifications with advertising content via various digital communication channels such as e-mail, SMS and telephone, without being under any influence, and that I have read and understood the clarification text.

 
The Right of Refusal and Its Exercise
 
Your explicit consent to the above-mentioned personal data processing activities and sending e-mails is valid until you exercise your right to refuse. The exercise of your right of refusal prevents the sending of commercial electronic messages to be sent only on the basis of your explicit consent and therefore the processing of your personal data, but does not affect the validity of any legal transaction between you and the Data Controller and Recipient groups, and does not prevent the application of other relevant provisions in the ETDHK.
